Have anyone worked on Csaky test? It is a test used to detect hydroxylamines.
Here the hydroxylamines are detected by treating it with excess amount of iodine and sulphanilic acid. Then it is treated with naphthylamine which leads to the development of colour. Then the absorbance is read at 562 nanometer.
It will be really helpful if there is any alternatives for this experiment.
Can anyone let me know if there is any alternative?
