Has anyone worked with ThermoScientific QuantaRed ELISA substrate?

I am trying to measure activity of anti-myc scFv expressed in fungi. I use cell extracts for the ELISA. I have problems in measuring the fluorescence. The readings I get are seem strange. The sample with highest AB concentration gives the lowest reading and vice versa. The colorimetric readings are fine but I need to take fluorescence readings as the amount of protein is low. Does anyone have any experience in this respect?
