I (0.1% K2HPO4); 7.5 mL of Sol II (0.6% KH2PO4, 1.2% (NH4)2SO4, 1.2% NaCl, 0.12% MgSO4.7H2O, 0.12% CaCl2.2H2O); 0.1 mL of 0.1% resaruzin; 1 g trypticase; 0.5 g yeast extract; 0.2 g meat extract; 0.5 g glucose; 5 mL of 8% Na2CO3; 1 mL of 3% cystein ­ HCl; 79 mL H2O for enough 100 mL of medium,

pH adjusted to 6.8 and autoclaved at 121 for 15mins.
