Has anyone worked with AC 264613 (an agonist that activates PAR2 receptor, from R&D Systems) and knows at what concentration it activates PAR2 receptor causing intracellular levels of Calcium to increase?

Or any documentation that I could use as a reference? I will be treating tracheal primary cells with this agonist, in order to measure intracellular levels of Calcium, and I would like to know at which concentration there could be a response.

*AC 264613 is analog to tryptase; stimulates PI hydrolysis, Ca2+ mobilization and cellular proliferation in vitro.
