We have a problem finding a suitable damage model for poylmer concrete. The most important characteristics of this concrete is that there are nonlinear elastic-plastic behavior with large volume change at the plateau zone at nearly constant pressure, pronounced hardening under clamping conditions after the plateau zone and very early damage under shear loading conditions without clamping.
You can use Cohesive Zone Model available in commercial codes such as Abaqus / Ansys etc for such problem. However, the traction-separation law should be trapezoidal in your case instead of bilinear. A lot of work has been done in this area and can be found in the literature.

thanks for your tip. The first calculation what we used is just with cohesive element for shear load zone, if the damage zone can be defined before. But now what we try is with one material model for all loading! This makes some difficulty in the simulation. I try now with the user subroutine VUSDFLD of Abaqus. That appears worked! But the difficulty is, we have not enoght test resluts for the damage mechanismus. Thanks again!
