To extract data from multiple buffers in ArcGIS and keep each buffer data independent, you can use the Extract by Mask tool. Here are the general steps:

Create your buffer layers: Use the Buffer tool to create your buffer layers around the features of interest. Make sure each buffer layer is in a separate shapefile or feature class.

Convert buffer layers to raster format: Convert each buffer layer to raster format using the Polygon to Raster tool. Specify a unique output raster name for each buffer layer to keep the data independent.

Use Extract by Mask tool: Use the Extract by Mask tool to extract the data for each buffer layer. For each buffer layer, set the input raster to the layer or dataset that you want to extract data from, and set the mask layer to the corresponding buffer raster created in step 2.

Save the extracted data: For each buffer layer, save the extracted data as a new dataset or layer. Specify a unique output name for each buffer to keep the data independent.

By following these steps, you can extract data from multiple buffers in ArcGIS while keeping each buffer data independent. This allows you to analyze and work with each buffer's data separately without affecting the other buffers.
