Has anyone use anti-FLAG antibody for immunohistochemistry in paraffin/cryostat sections?

I do have a knock-in mice with a 3xFLAG tagged protein. I want to check its expression with immunohistochemistry in paraffin sections. Has anyone tried? Would it be better in cryostat sections?

Hi Rocio. I agree with Mohamed. Furthermore, if you are looking for suitable antibodies to detect FLAG i can recommend taking a look at www.pAbmAbs.com. Here, scientists can share information regarding antibodies they use in their research and i can see that several different antibodies have been reviewed for both western blot and immunofluorescence.
