I found that ZnO films are mostly being prepared by spray pyrolysis of zinc acetate precursor but I need to find the right temperature and other parameters for preparing ZnO films using ZnO nanoparticle solution.
Take zinc acetate solution with a concentration of about 0.01 M. Spray it on the substrate at a temperature of 400 - 500 ° C. On the glass, glass ceramics, quartz, should get a good film.
In the works of AV Naumov, V. Semenov has a lot of information about the pyrolysis, but they are published mostly in Russian. For example, this work:
Самофалова Т. В., Наумов А. В. и др. Влияние температуры осаждения на оптические свойства и фазовый состав пленок Cd1-xZnxS // Конденсированные среды и межфазные границы. 2010. Т. 12. №3. с. 247-257.

Thank you so much Raghu and Sergeeva.. I have edited my question, I think spray pyrolysis caused some confusion. I am looking a way to prepare Zno filsm using ZnO nanopartciles solution as a precursor.
