I found that ZnO films are mostly being prepared by spray pyrolysis of zinc acetate precursor but I need to find the right temperature and other parameters for preparing ZnO films using ZnO nanoparticle solution.

It can be done in air/organ environment, also it is very easiest technique to get the uniform thin film
after deposition, you can anneal at different temperature for the optimization
Take zinc acetate solution with a concentration of about 0.01 M. Spray it on the substrate at a temperature of 400 - 500 ° C. On the glass, glass ceramics, quartz, should get a good film.

Thank you so much Raghu and Sergeeva.. I have edited my question, I think spray pyrolysis caused some confusion. I am looking a way to prepare Zno filsm using ZnO nanopartciles solution as a precursor.
