I don't know what do you mean by "velocity+density profile", but you can always use a UDF in such occasions.

Using an UDF is on the table. Nevertheless, I imagine I have to introduce an expression to assess the velocity and the density of the flow I am introducing, no? Have someone tried it? I am not able of finding anything in the bibliography. 

Up to this moment I can reproduce the main parameters given by the manufacturer: blowing cone and maximun core velocity introducing a velocity profile (see picture attached). But the prediction of the blowing force is not ok. It is overstimated, I assume that it si due to the density and this is the real problem for me, I have not any idea about how can be the density profile to be introduce because the nozzle geometry is very complex (see first post) and  I have not the rig to make experimental tests.

Simulating the whole nozzle could be a solution, but the nozzle geometry is not available. I can break one of them and trying to measure the inner channels by a 3D scanner but I am not very confidence in this path.

From the mathematical point of view, you should impose the stagnation pressure, stagnation enthalpy and two angles (assuming 3D flow). With these conditions your computations are inherently stable.

This part of the project wass closed by the client. Nevertheless, I will try stagnation enthalpy only for curiosity.
