Not direct experience on such specimen, but in line of principle bone marrow hematopoiesis starts between 4th and 5th month of fetal development, even if at that stage the liver is still the preminent hematopoietic organ. The probability to isolate higher number of such cells would be surely higher in third trimester samples.
