Hi

I'm trying to over express pre miRs using lentiviral vectors.

When I'm measuring the expression of the expressed miRs (via Taqman qPCR) it seems to vary a lot depending on the miR and the cell type used.

I want to measure the pre-miR levels because I think the vectors work, but the pre-miR isn't being processed so I can't detect it using the Taqman kits.

Has anyone tried to measure pre-miRs using qPCR and had success?
