Has anyone information about the amount of positive and negative pressure that must be applied to the skin for the cellulite treatment?

I want to design a mechanical device for cellulite treatment, can anyone help me with the amount of positive pressure of rolling & negative pressure of vacuum system that must be applied to the skin and subcutaneous tissues? Is there any relation between the positive & negative pressure that must be applied to the tissues?
