In Mexico, tick vaccines are evaluated by a government Lab....I do not know in Latin America.
In most of the cases before commercial availability, the protein candidates should by evaluated by authorized agencies like governmental organization.

Any Government agency must obtain sustantial amount of data suporting research, but how to establish a minimum set of values to authorize new products? in order to be safe for public use.
