Recently, I have recognized that PLGS from Waters assigned the charge states of peptides incorrectly. A lot of signals were labelled with +1 although it is defietly a +2 or +3 charged peptide. I already informed Waters about the problem. However, I wanted to know if this problem was also experienced by others.
