Has anyone experience in taking blood samples after excercise protocols in mice to measure creatine kinase ?

Dear all,

I would like to determine creatine kinase blood concentration in mice after exercise. In human, the peak blood concentration is around 12-24 hours after the exercise. After the exercise trial, how much time is recommended that the mice should rest before taking blood samples to analyze creatine kinase? or could blood samples be collected immediately?
