We are going to look at the chronic effect of inhibition of protein synthesis in a stroke model. Thus, we plan to give cycloheximide in a systemic route for 2 weeks or even longer. For some reasons, we have to give it by systemic ways. 

So, what concentration of cycloheximide should be?
