I have been using Ethovision to track birds (which this program is not optimized for). Despite extensive readjustment of my detection settings, the program tends not to detect the birds as "subjects", while still getting most "samples". The birds are highlighted as orange, and not yellow with a red dot in their center the way they should be. When using the track editor, going to the sampling points that are marked "-", the point is usually in the correct location, but I am not given coordinates as in normal samples. Is there a way to tell the program that a large number of points are correct without individually editing them? How can I avoid this problem in the future?
