Its seems from your content that you have received a concentrated single vial of standard for an ELISA of corticosterone kit from EnzoLife Sciences. If so, make a serial dilution of the concentrated vial with the dilution buffer provided with the kit by following the kit manual with the dilution buffer provided with the kit. For serial dilution you have to vortex the standard solution three times in between in order to have a final working standard solution for ELISA. For this, strictly follow the company manual protocol for best results.
