Has anyone done DNA electroporation in pancreatic cancer cell lines like PANC1, BXPC3?

We use 2mm gap cuvettes for electroporation.a Currently the protocol I am using, works great for RPE, HCT116 and MiaPaCa2 cells. But PANC1 and BXPC3 are dying massively. It would be great if you could suggest a protocol that works!
