Hello,

I want to do KO using Crispr plasmids in mice embryos during development. I would like to electroporate E12.5 embryos, and in the lab, the electroporator that is available is the ISOLATED PULSE STIMULATOR MODEL 2100 from A-M Systems. I have been checking the bibliography but I couldn't find reports of this kind of experiment made using this equipment. I asked some colleagues that have used this same apparatus and I was told that the survival rate in their hands is extremely low. But we don't know if this is because this apparatus is not working properly or the equipment is not right for this experiment. I would like to ask if someone has ever used this equipment for in utero injections, which parameters you use and if you experience also a low survival rate.

Thank you very much.

Regards
