Has anybody ever encountered problems with running BlackBox after copy-pasting winBUGS in?

I had exactly followed the instructions given in the WinBUGS Development Interface (WBDev) tutorial, but there seems to be no way to run BlackBox as well as WinBUGS after having "merged" those two folders.

Has anybody an idea where the problem could stem from? Or has solved it him/herself?

Being able to run Winbugs using R and R2Winbugs while being able to open BlackBox would be fine for me, too.
