The long term study on toxicity of roundup published by Séralini et al. in 2012 was criticised for its clear methodological faults and judged inconclusive. However, it did raise a potentially interesting question about long term effect of roundup, which had not been studied in earlier research. When the methodological faults of Séralini's study have been pointed out, the way to a methodologically sound long term study should be obvious. From people working on the field, I would like to ask if a methodologically sound long term study on toxicity of roundup has since been conducted, or even just started?
