if you mean effects of detraining on insulin sensitivity, yes you can get many papers in google scholar and you can use "GLUT4 or hexokinase and detraining" as keywords. if you mean recovery period after acute session of resistance training you have to change your atitude about insulin sensitivity because IGf1 and growth hormone has more efficient effects on insulin sensitivity than insulin or GLUT4 itself
