I am doing PAMPA assay. We are using Millipores Multiscreen with drain tray attached.

It is working quite well for us.

Thank you Preetpal. you are using the plates available with lipid membrane or you prepare lipid membrane yourself? I want to do this assay and this is not performed in my lab before.

We are preparing membrane using hexadecane.

Are you performing classical PAMPA or the Modern PAMPA (using GutBox)?

Classical one

We use classical as well modern PAMPA with lecithin membrane prepared in lab itself.

For classical we use underdrain tray while for modern we use sandwich plates.

I did it by CRO service form Creative Bioarray.
