Many of the students I work with procrastinate. They find it extremely difficult to begin their work. They then struggle to keep working for any length of time.

Programmes exist that offer promising solutions. Some of these involve developing tiny habits (e.g. B. J. Fogg's "Tiny Habits") in order to make long-lasting, significant change to behaviour.

Our interventions must be evidence-based.

I would be interested in any studies (particularly a meta-analysis) that offer evidence in support of or against this intervention.
