"Hantaviruses in the Americas are known as “New World” hantaviruses and may cause hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS). Other hantaviruses, known as “Old World” hantaviruses, are found mostly in Europe and Asia and may cause hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS)," the CDC website said.

The chances of having both hantavirus and coronavirus infection in same human in china should be low, but it is possible. There is no evidence that the same person can not be infecte by both the virus, however, under the strict containing measures took by the Chinese government and the people, the pandemic of both the virus is very very low.
Corona is spread by air, but it's not so in case of hanta. So, a person having both of them may be one working with animals or having very weak immune system.
hantaviruses are very rare virus and even now there is no recording cases of a person infected with hantavirus and corona virus in the same time.
I see no reason why the two viruses with different receptors, transmission mechanism and pathologies cannot exist in the same person if the person is exposed to both. After all, we have for bacteria, so why not? Hantavirus does not have to wait until someone recovers from COVID-19 before it infects. It is not that merciful or considerate.

In my point of view, chances are more than 50% in China. Let me explain you all, in China approximately all residents prefer to eat wildlife animal including with rodents. A person who experienced COVID_19, must have been eaten those animals, may be one or two weeks before. Though COVID_19 host origin are humans and hentavirus host origin are rodents, but both are interlinked with each other especially in case of China.
After combating COVID-19 infection, China is again facing problems from the attack of Hantavirus infection. Coronavirus disease is an air borne infectious disease and any person can get infected by the virus. Hantavirus is transmitted through rodents saliva, urine and faeces. If a person touches such things and then touches his mouth, nose or eyes, then he gets infected. Unlike coronavirus it is not infectious. Definitely no aware person after getting cured from coronavirus infection will want to come in contact with those materials of rodents. If by any chance it happens, he should get proper treatment and have the courage to fight against the disease.
Although Hanta virus is rare for infection, it is possible for a person to be infected with Corona virus and Hanta virus at the same time if he is exposed to the conditions of infection with them as each of them has a different receptor But I think his immune system will not be able to handle that.
Both the viruses differ in their mode of transmission - COVID19 virus gets transmitted through aerosols and droplets. Hanta virus through exposur to rodents. So far only Andes virus of the group Hantavirus is known to be transmitted from person to person.
Hanta virus rarely infects humans unless they are constantly in close contact with murine species which carries it. More over it is also a negative sense ssRNA virus belonging to buniyaviridae unlike CORONA virus which is a negative sense ssRNA virus but belong to the family coronaviridae,
Infection with coronavirus does not produce a protective antibody against hantavirus. So, the chance of infection with hantavirus is there.
