All above books are good. Please note, if you are looking for a particular biochemical technique, I would advise you to search a specific volume of "Methods in Enzymology". "Annals of New York Academy of Sciences" Progress in Biophysics & Molecular Biology" and for general Techniques in Biochemistry there are many books including "Practical Physiological Biochemistry by Hawk".
