I have characterized the pd/c catalyst with XOS,SEMEDX....
Are you looking for a fundamental book to interpret your Pd/C data or looking for some reference where the detail SEM/EDX and XPS has been done?
actually I am starting my M.Phil. thesis and I have to discuss SEM/EDX,TEM and XPS results of my catalyst pd/c. So any good book or link from which I can get enough idea about these techniques.
Dear Jadoon,
Please find the attached lecture titled "Characterization of solid catalysts 3. XPS" by
Prof drJ W (Hans) Niemantsverdriet, Schuit Institute of Catalysis
It is a part of his book "Spectroscopy in Catalysis"
Hope this helping
Thanks
Ahmed

I have an issue with SEM imaging of liposomes. When measured by DLS, they appear to be around 120 nm, but when using SEM with simple air drying, they appear much larger, around one micrometer.
