Is there any particular way to improve the ORR E1/2 for a typical Pt based catalyst?

I have employed a PtM/C (M= transition metals) based alloy catalyst for the ORR in acid, though i got a good limiting current but the E1/2 is disappointing, i would acknowledge useful suggestions...
