Has anyone used the corridor designer toolbox downloaded from http://corridordesign.org/downloads ?
The tool provides provision for 6 input factors but runs with only a maximum of 5 variables. Any idea why this is happening?
I am interested in using Geometric Mean while overlaying the layers and this tool uses it.
Also, any suggestions on other tools/Softwares using Geometric Mean while overlaying the layers will be highly appreciated.

first off, I have no experience with the corridore designer toolbox, sorry.
But I do have other suggestions to target corridors using ArcGis-compatible tools which may provide you with alternatives. The whole circuitscape software family includes several stand alone tools which can be run independently, or implemented into ArcGis (to use in ArcMap) as tools. Check it out: https://circuitscape.org/
Specifically, LinkageMapper calculates least cost path corridors based on cost distance theory, while circuitscape itself will create "corridor" maps based on circuit theory.
You will need resistance models as input, which you can create mechanistically using HSI or other methods connecting several input variables, or (my favorite) using MaxEnt software, https://biodiversityinformatics.amnh.org/open_source/maxent/.
Additionally, also SDMtoolbox provides good help and tools when creating such ecological niche/species distribution models that can serve as resistance models: http://sdmtoolbox.org/

Do you mean habitat corridor?
Or the use of ArGIS weighted overlay to find suitable corridor for different habitats,
