It appears that humankind was never weaker as far as the intellectual gap between Einstein and the rest of the scientific community is concerned.

To witness, Einstein’s early “global c” can save earth from the risk of Armageddon that is consciously incurred by the ten thousand physicists working at CERN. Yet no one in the community listens to the published proof of c-global retrieved. But because the scientific literature contains no counter-publication, CERN is unable to renew its planetary safety report LSAG for 9 years in a row so far. Nevertheless the universe-record symmetric nuclear collisions at CERN continue.

That public fraud notwithstanding, the collective prejudice against the young Einstein let the world media decide to keep a lid on the open fraud. And the Nobel committee announced to extend two gold medals to the disproved theory of c-nonglobal yet to be handed out by the King of Sweden.

For a few days, there was widespread public hope that the German Supreme Court would object to the fact that the German electorate was kept in the dark before the elections about its legal responsibility for the 9-years-long CERN crime. Today, the Supreme Court made public its decision (2 BvR 2263/17) NOT to rule against that fraud (the 3 judges were Ms. Hermanns, Mr. Müller and Mr. Maidowski). Since this decision was already signed three days ago, Haaretz was perhaps offered a clue in time to avoid a collision of its opinion with the highest German court which now takes the full responsibility for the attempted “second holocaust” in case the young Einstein was right.

Forgive me for using the word holocaust conditionally in case the early Einstein was right. Being older than Einstein was allowed to become, I can afford to speak out in his name. But nothing would make him (and me) more happy than if a young colleague could re-instate the since nine years disproved c-nonglobal as the planet’s life insurance.

I dared use the word “holocaust” in sync with its past victims all clamoring not to have died in vain. I hope Haaretz – The World – can forgive me for having turned to the dead for their help. I hope Jonas whom we lost at age 7 agrees with his “stupid old grey one.”
