To make an equation for chaotic system is really difficult especially for human system. Because to map out primitive behavior such as object recognition can be possible but advanced behavior such as thinking would be impossible with the existing systems. However, people are working around the clock by using methods of cognitive modelling and with supercomputers to understand brain.
Maybe in future with quantum computers, we could solve the equations.
