Using data from 11 wells on a 24-well MEA, I have collected repeated-measures data on the number of events (spikes) occurring +/- 1 second of a stimulation event. We ramped up the voltage from 400-2000mV (sets of 200mV increments) and collected the PSTH events and plotted them as a histogram. On GraphPad Prism, we performed a simple AUC analysis (which is reported as a single value), and I have attained the SD, SEM, and n(11) for each graph. (GraphPad Prism says to report AUC as mean.)
Now I am having trouble performing an ANOVA on this data to test for significance (or a non-parametric equivalent?). Ideally, we are looking for a plateau (it looks to be around 1600mV) to pick the minimum voltage for maximum activity.
