Good afternoon, what algorithm is best to analyze time-series pf gene expression?

I have a time series with time points evenly separated but with irregular replicates per time point. Anyone knows if Meta2d with JTK and LS is a good algorithm to run? I tried meta2d and saw that is more dificult to give significant pValues than RAIN.
