Where can I find the genome and proteome data of pearl millet and other millets? Only Foxtail millet is available in NCBI ftp. Its not their in Gramene too.

Since pearl millet is not sequenced yet hence you can't get full information of pearl millet regarding its genome and proteome instead of some information (Nucleotides, ESTs and proteins etc.) can be retrieved from NCBI. Some millets are available at phytozome (https://phytozome.jgi.doe.gov/pz/portal.html) and PlantGDB (http://www.plantgdb.org/), you can find there.

I thought it has been sequenced, but learnt yesterday that Pearl millet genome has not been published yet, hence is not available. I did serach plantgdb and phytozome. Phytozome is not allowing access to their data for download even after registration. Any suggestions?

An report on an unfinished draft of the genome was presented in a meeting in 2014.
