Motif search in Geneious is not as efficient and intuitive as DNASIS MAX or VectorNTI. Anybody know how make it easier to search for motifs all at once? Did you create a database of motifs to annotate from?

Both of these are pretty simple with the first one from Manchester University being my favorite.
