Gate capacitance effect in hemt, if gate is in direct contact(schottky contact) with alagan barrier layer ?

If T-gate is in directly contact with AlGaN barrier layer and on the either side of gate there is cavity which is filled with biomolecules having dielectrics .Can we show the capcitance effect in gate similar to biomolecule dilectrics. For details I have attached the structure also. Please assist me with this.
