How can I solve this error in SILVACO ATLAS TCAD for RF Analysis (Ft/Fmax Graph)?

I am trying to do RF analysis, it is giving following error.

Warning: Calculated gain GUmax is negative.

This condition usually arises when contact

resistances are specified. Consider using

parasitics specified on the LOG statement.

Please help me in solving this error.
