FUNCAT reaction, accidentally left brain tissue in a dry well for 15 minutes. Adverse effects?

I'm currently running a FUNCAT/BONCAT reaction and am about to add my secondary antibodies when I realized that my third wash prior to this was missing. I had taken out the previous wash but forgot to add in the other and left to run dry for 15 minutes. I am hoping there are no adverse effects in the imaging due to this, but am unsure.
