From where can I purchase the phosphodiesterase inhibitor CpdA?

I came across this trypanosome specific phosphodiesterase inhibitor CpdA in few papers. However I could not find any company which sell the same. Any leads?

The original library is Nycomed Takeda. They should sell the compound.
