I want to do least cost path and corridor analysis from genetic data. I want to show possible dispersal corridor using hapotype (genetic data) for my target species. I know it can be done in ArcMap using SDM TOOLBOX, but I do not have license. Does any R package available to do the same analysis.

this package works very well. In particular the leastcostpath density function might be interesting to identify corridors.

Aakash Maurya : The corridors/paths (or their density) can be computed just between the same haplotypes or across all presence sites. Just because their is no argument for haplotypes in the function doesn't mean it is not appropriate for the job.
The description of the specific functionality sought from the original website of the plugin you mentioned:
"Calculation of least-cost corridors and least-cost paths among shared haplotypes or among all sites (see image to right)"
You can absolutely do that with package mentioned. If you want only paths within haplotypes then simply subset the locations based on haplotype.
