You can try from MTCC Chandigarh or NCCS Pune but I doubt whether you can get your choice strain there. Best is ATTC, USA if you can..good and trustworthy.
It is a very difficult to get the resistant strain from susceptible strains for this you have to check the resistant activity at least 150-200 generations based on morphology and gene pattern study.
Or you can request labs working with such strains they can provide you free of cost. My suggestion is you approach medical college labs. they have plenty of such strains.
I agree with susmita. and if you want MRSA atcc 443300 you can purchase from himedia dealers, but it will take atleast a month,and the costfor 2 swabs of culture willbe around rs.8000.
you can approach any research centre and if anybody is working on it they can provide you.
MRSA its wide disseminated in hospitals so you can ask them for free, some hospital not give easily so you should take a permission letter from your college to that hospital
