Yury answer is very complete, if you want RINEX db of Europe and surroundings take a look at the EUREF EPN repository: http://www.epncb.oma.be/_networkdata/data_access/dailyandhourly/datacentres.php
I hope soon a more detailed db will be available from EPOS: https://www.epos-ip.org/data-services/community-services-tcs/gnss-data-and-products
Ashwani, if you want you can access also smaller networks. For instance FReDNet (http://frednet.crs.inogs.it/EnglishSite/XFReDNetHomeENG.htm) is a small network deployed in north-east of Italy at the tip of the Adria plate. You have access to the data at: ftp://www.crs.inogs.it/pub/gps/ where you can find RINEX at 1s and 30s but also the raw data where RINEX come from. FReDNet records data since 2002 and it's still up and running.
