Besides, what are the features of adopting Type-2 FLC in the Energy Management of DC-Microgrid applications in terms of computation time and the speed of processing decisions?

At the first, and as you know Type-2 fuzzy sets were applied in the following areas:
1- Image processing.
2- Video processing and computer vision.
3- Failure Mode And Effect Analysis.
4- Function approximation and estimation.
5- Control systems.
And there are many softwares to convert Type-1 to Type-2 Membership functions:
