1-In System Frequency Stability Analysis(SFR), what is the difference between the Deltaf, DeltaP and RoCoF? What is their connections together? For example, if one parameter increases and another decrease, what should I get from it?
2- In a microgrid, if the total inertia of the system increases, what is its impact on DeltaP(Active Power Injection) of each Distributed Energy resources response? what is its frequency response requirement in Mw?

As I know, Governors, who are tasked with increasing or decreasing the output of generators in the event of a decrease or increase in network frequency, set up a Dead Band so that they do not act in exchange for small changes in frequency. This will prevent the equipment from malfunctioning. Because the governor is a mechanical device anyway, and if he wants to react to any small change in the network frequency, it will break down very quickly.
But, my Question is how can it be implemented in a system and how can we do System Frequency Response assessment with that?

Delta f = 0.
If the output of the consumers increases, the power plants have to increase their output. As long as there are sufficient reserves, a slow change in output (delta P) has no effect on the frequency (delta f).
A sudden change in performance can lead to fluctuations in frequency. The generators spin slower or faster.
(Comparable to a car that slows down on the mountain because it is too weak or becomes faster downhill)
To avoid this, power plants should have an active power second reserve that is activated in the event of fluctuations.
The cos Phi indicates the ratio of reactive power to active power. Reactive power has only a small influence on the frequency.
One tries to compensate the reactive power as early as possible at the consumer.
In rare cases an energy supply network can oscillate. for exampl: after a short circuit in the high voltage network. Then reactive power often also oscillates in the network. It is important to avoid these operating points.
The control processes of the primary controller take a few seconds. The secondary controller ensures that the mains frequency is returned to the setpoint. The secondary control works in the minute range.
