A good question, I think that the conditions that a person is exposed to continuously from happiness or sadness will increase his ability to face any circumstance in the future so that he will be able to continue creativity as a result of his belief in his ability to overcome the situation he is going through, and with the passage of time he will possess the ability to Directing others on how to overcome their feelings and continue to achieve their goals

When you are happy, you are more relaxed! You think better when you are relaxed. Happiness helps enhance thinking and higher cognitive functioning. Sadness may lead to low energy levels and slow thinking processing.
Good, effective, and creative leaders usually are not affected by happiness or sadness in their practicing job, nor they need faith in Almighty but they lead innovatively by delving into problems-at-hand, create trust and open communication with followers by vulnerable involvement in their deliberations and gain relevant know-how and phronesis and practical ideas for new solutions.
