Hi sajjad,

You can apply 3 different criteria for ageing of slides

1. 37 degree celsius for 48 hrs.- Best morphology

2. 65degree celsius for overnight (17 hrs).- Good morphology

3. 90 degree celsius for an hr.- Good morphology

Please gradulay increse the temp while using the method 2 & 3.
