These commercial FEA solvers do Topology Optimization after FEM Simulation but on what basis they remove elements from the model.

In ANSYS 19.1, SpaceClaim is not working, whereas APDL and Work bench are working fine. Does anyone faced a similar situation?

The SpaceClaim design modeler is not working and It does not show any type of error also. In Workbench, It shows a message that starting SpaceClaim but does not start.
