We can calculate Q from capacitance as Cij = dQi/dVij. When I input an ac signal through Gate electrode while the MOSFET is DC biased at gate and drain (source and body are grounded), I get Cbg, Cdg, Csg, and Cgg. Can I use these capacitance values to directly find Qb, Qd, Qs, and Qg using the above mentioned formula? Or should I find capacitance only from the Cgg value since that's the electrode that ac bias is provided?
