I need guidance regarding an issue with my manuscript submission. I initially submitted my manuscript to Biomedical Signal Processing and Control on March 20, 2024. After a couple of months, I received major revisions on May 10, 2024, and successfully submitted the revised version in June 2024. A few days later, on June 10, 2024, the status changed to "Decision in Process."

Since then, nearly nine months have passed, and I have not received any updates or decisions regarding my manuscript. I have contacted the editor twice, but I have not received a response. I also reached out to the journal's customer support team, and they informed me that they would forward my inquiry to the technical support team. Unfortunately, this has not resolved the issue, and I am still without any news.

I am extremely anxious because my graduation is approaching soon, and this delay is causing significant concern. I am unsure of what steps to take next and would greatly appreciate any advice on how to proceed.
