Hello everybody,

My boss wants me to do the following experiment:

we have mice infected with BCG i.v for 3 days. then spleens were collected and frozen in tissue-tek.

Now I have to do fluorescent IHC staining for Phospho-Syk, Phospho-Fyn, Phospho-Erk1/2 to detect T cells activation, co-stained with CD4/CD8.

Is it possible to see these kinase activation in frozen tissue?

Does anyone has any experience with such staining?
